ABOUT DOMESTIC ABUSE SERVICES
Domestic Abuse Services – Our Lady of Good Counsel Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women and children seeking safety and recovery from domestic abuse. We offer a range of programs, including a helpline that provides confidential emotional support, referrals to community resources, and assistance with safety planning, as well as the Moving Forward program, which provides professional counselling support. Eva's House is a second-stage transition home offering a safe haven for women and children to rebuild their lives, and Thrifters’ Paradise is an award-winning thrift store in Langley that supports our initiatives. We are currently developing a mentoring program to assist our families with transition.

OUR MISSION
We deliver compassionate and practical support for women and families who are victims of domestic abuse, by providing safe second stage housing, client services, resources and support. We achieve this through volunteer-driven programs, fundraising, education and communication.
